Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show:
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, less than that will incur a 20% fee. No-shows are charged 30% of the service. Just reach out and we’ll happily help you reschedule!
Late Policy:
For color services, 10 minutes late will required rescheduling and will result in automatic cancellation. For haircuts, more than 5 minutes late will also need to be rescheduled.
